Currently associated with the World Health Organization (WHO) as National Officer (On Roster) in India, she serves as the Chairperson of the International Human Rights Observatory, operating in 12 countries worldwide.

Dr. Jupaka’s legendary work in women’s safety, security, and empowerment includes her former Senior National Consultant role with the Ministry of Women & Child Development, Government of India. She actively contributed to WHO’s RESPECT Framework on Emergency Care for women affected by violence in the Asia Pacific region.

Her noteworthy achievements include implementing projects worth millions USD under the Nirbhaya Fund, focusing on initiatives like 112 Emergency Response Support Systems, One Stop Centres, and 181 Women Helplines in 36 locations.
