Overview
ARBOK-MOBILE is a rapidly deployable mobile water-purification system for disaster zones, industrial accidents, conflict, and infrastructure failure. Mountable on trailers, vans, trucks, railway wagons, vessels, or as a static container, each unit treats 1–200 m³/day and turns almost any contaminated source — flood water, seawater, oil spills, even chemically or radioactively contaminated water — into clean, palatable drinking water. The chemical-, filter-, and membrane-free core separates everything above 30 nm with no post-treatment required.
Applications
Primary use cases: emergency drinking-water supply (floods, war, accidents); desalination of brackish/seawater; treatment of hazardous and radioactive water (with toxic-collection subsystems).
Industries and users: emergency services, military, civil-protection, remote operations.
Scale: 1–200 m³/day per unit, customizable; multi-platform deployment.
Operating Principle
Vacuum phase separation: at low pressure and ambient temperature, water separates from all particles above 30 nm — dirt, salt, sand, oil residues, organic and inorganic compounds — and condenses as clean water; removed pollutants leave as semi-dry concentrate. No moving parts, no heat, no membranes/filters/reagents. For hazardous/radioactive cases, subsystems safely collect toxic compounds for certified disposal.
Limitations: residual concentrate handling (incl. hazardous/radioactive); throughput per unit configuration.
Key Parameters
Capacity: 1–200 m³/day per unit (customizable). Energy: ≤ 1 kWh per ton.
Particle removal: > 30 nm (sand, oil, salts, organic/inorganic). Residual: semi-dry concentrate.
Power: onboard vehicle, grid, solar, or wind. Operators: 1–2 (incl. driver). Works in all climates (arctic to desert); very low noise; 24/7/365.
Reported: 50–80 % lower operating cost than RO; EU-certified, SGS-tested; European patent, US patent pending.
Architecture and Components
Vacuum phase-separation module (no moving parts); condensation/clean-water unit; concentrate collection (with hazardous/radioactive subsystems where needed); mobile platform mounting; control system. Autonomous, modular, no site prep.
Advantages
Technical: handles general → hazardous → radioactive water; no consumables; no post-treatment; all-climate.
Economic: ≤ 1 kWh/ton; 50–80 % lower OPEX than conventional systems.
Environmental: no chemicals; pollutants captured as concentrate for controlled disposal.
Strategic: rapid autonomous water security for disasters, defense, and remote zones; IP-protected (EU patent).
Integrations
Mounts on trailers/vans/trucks/wagons/vessels or static containers; runs on vehicle/grid/renewable power; pairs with ARBOK-BOTTLING for packaged output.
Deployment & Operation
Steps: drive/place → connect power → operate (no site prep). Continuous, automated; 1–2 operators; configuration matched to contamination type.
TRL
TRL 5 (confirmed by Michael). The purification unit itself is live and mature (~TRL 9, EU patent, SGS-tested), but it has not yet been integrated onto a mobile vehicle platform. As a complete mobile unit it is therefore TRL 5. Remaining: design and build the vehicle/platform mounting and field-validate the mobile configuration.
Market Potential
Growing demand from climate disasters, conflict zones, and industrial accidents. Buyers: emergency agencies, militaries, NGOs, and remote operators; competitive in government water tenders.
Typical Project Economics
OPEX ≤ 1 kWh/ton; 50–80 % below RO. CAPEX per mobile unit; payback via tender/relief contracts and avoided logistics of trucked water. (Per-deployment economics to be modelled.)
Risk Factors
Hazardous/radioactive concentrate handling and permitting; procurement cycles in public tenders; verification of deployment claims; per-configuration customization.
