ARBOK -Oily

"Unmatched Excellence in Oily-Water Treatment"

ARBOK-Oily technology employs innovative thermodynamic processes to efficiently purify various types of water pollution, specifically oil and oil products. This includes ballast water contaminated with chemical reagents and sediments from tankers. The technology is also adept at fully treating water generated during hydraulic fracturing for shale gas extraction, enabling reuse in a closed water cycle. Furthermore, it facilitates the recycling of sour tar and other oil product waste mixed with water/acids and similar substances.

ARBOK-Ballast, another innovative technology, utilizes thermodynamic processes to effectively purify various types of water pollution, particularly oil and oil products. This encompasses ballast water contaminated with chemical reagents and sediments from tankers. Additionally, it can fully treat water generated during hydraulic fracturing for shale gas extraction, allowing for its reuse in a closed water cycle.

The ground-breaking “ARBOK-Ballast” equipment employs phase transition technology to separate water from dissolved salts, petroleum products, chemical residues, and natural and artificial pollutants such as sand and soil.

  • When treating ballast water, the system produces the following output materials:
  • Highly purified fresh water suitable for storage, industrial processes, or safe discharge into natural water bodies.
  • Separated oil and oil products with low emulsification.
  • Solid sediment is composed of chemicals mixed with sea salt.
  • When purifying hydraulic fracturing water, the output can include:
    • Fresh water in large volumes.
    • Proppants (small particles like sand or ceramics) are used to create cracks in shale rock during fracturing.
    • Chemical additives, including surfactants, biocides, pH control agents, other chemicals, and crack control agents.

Solid particles are separated and removed during the purification process, while fresh water and petroleum products are directed to tanks or pipelines for further use.

The ARBOK-Oily technology is highly efficient and unparalleled globally, eliminating the need for complex and costly equipment. The equipment is housed in 40-foot containers, enabling mobile installation on trolleys, ships, or railway platforms.

The system boasts exceptionally low energy consumption and can harness wind energy. It does not require consumables, chemicals, reagents, inhibitors, coagulants, filters, cathodes, anodes, etc. With a processing capacity of up to 75 tons of input mixture per day, the equipment can operate continuously, 24/7, throughout the year with minimal staffing requirements and without needing highly qualified personnel. Productivity can be increased using multiple sets of 40ft containers with linearly increasing capacity. Proper thermal insulation makes the equipment suitable for operation in different climatic zones.
